Why nonprofits
The programs that need this most are the hardest to sell to
Volunteer-run youth sports programs operate on shoestring budgets. The head coach is also the treasurer, the scheduler, and the parent texting out cancellations from a personal phone. Group chats spiral. Numbers get mixed. Safe Sport lines blur.
RallyText was designed from the ground up for exactly this environment. We built compliance in so you don't have to think about it. We made it affordable so budget-strapped programs can actually use it. And we made it simple enough that whoever is running the program this season can pick it up without training.
What you get
Everything your program needs
๐ฑ
Dedicated team number
Your program gets its own SMS number that belongs to the organization โ not a coach's personal phone. Coaches rotate out; the number stays.
๐
Safe Sport built in
No private coach-to-athlete direct messages. All messages to minors copy a parent or second adult. Audit log included. Not configurable away.
๐
A2P 10DLC compliance
Carrier registration, opt-in tracking, and STOP/HELP handling are all handled automatically. Your messages get delivered. Full stop.
๐๏ธ
Practice & schedule tools
Schedule practices, send automated reminders, and collect ABSENT replies โ so you know who's coming before you drive to the trailhead.
โจ๏ธ
Smart keywords
ABSENT, HELP, STOP, and SUMMARY keywords let athletes and families interact with the team without you doing any extra work.
๐
League sponsorships
We partner directly with NICA leagues. League member teams get 20% off. League directors get a free account. Ask us about your league.
